Paul Twyneham FNAEA - Partner
Having lived in Warwickshire all his life, Paul was born, educated and served his Articles in Coventry, after which he joined Staites (John Staite & Sons – Est. 1848) in Royal Leamington Spa, where he subsequently became a Partner in the firm. With the acquisition of the practice by the Prudential Corporation in 1988, and following some two years of corporate life, Paul ventured out on his own and established Paul Twyneham & Company in 1990.
Suzanne Colledge MNAEA - Partner
Suzanne started her career at secretarial college in Royal Leamington Spa where, after passing her exams, she aspired to teaching secretarial skills at the same college. By chance, she then stumbled into estate agency where she found her niche and other than two short breaks to assist her father in his Art Gallery, Suzanne has maintained her presence in the profession. Having initially worked alongside Paul at Staites, she spent 13 years with John Earle & Son, Auctioneers in Henley-in-Arden, and then joined Paul in 1992, becoming a Partner in the firm the following year.

Nick Churton - Chairman and Managing Director of Mayfair Office
Trained in London over thirty years ago and went on to become a Partner in a large estate agency firm in the Home Counties. Following the firm's sale in 1988, he became the National Sales Director for a large corporate firm of estate agents and later headed the Property Advertising Team at Country Life magazine.
Susan Hawkins - Advertising Director
Susan has many years experience handling Clients' advertising needs and thus given her an in-depth knowledge of media advertising throughout the UK. Through high volume advertising, she is able to pass on to Clients special reduced rates available only through Mayfair Office.
Annette Reeve - Marketing Director
Annette has over twenty-five years experience in the residential property industry. Annette has a keen eye for marketing strategy, development and opportunity, not only across the UK, but increasingly through mainland Europe and the US. She acts in a pivotal role to co-ordinate the marketing mix of residential sales and new homes' projects.
